on the first day of nycup, we made a diagram of words we thought of when we heard inner city. words that came up were dirty, dark, ghetto, slums, drugs, alcohol, .. hopeless.


at the end of nycup, we made another list. some words on that one were kids, light, st georges, faces... hope.

i see so much hope in the city now.
